Lunch and After School Clubs

 

At Hadleigh High School, we believe that education extends beyond the classroom. Our extensive programme of extra-curricular and enrichment activities gives students opportunities to discover new interests, develop their talents, build confidence and develop the wider skills they will need throughout their lives.

Taking part in activities beyond the curriculum can help students develop teamwork, communication, resilience and independence, while also strengthening their sense of belonging and wellbeing. We want every student to have the opportunity to take part, regardless of their background or previous experience.

Our programme is supported by staff from across the school, with different departments contributing activities throughout the academic year. This means that our offer continues to develop and provides opportunities for students with a wide range of interests and abilities.

Activities take place at lunchtime and after school, providing students with opportunities to learn new skills, spend time with friends, meet students from different year groups and make the most of their time at Hadleigh High.

We publish a termly extra-curricular calendar so that students and parents can see what is available and plan which activities they would like to take part in.

We encourage every student to get involved, try something new and make the most of the opportunities available to them.
